Empowering Faculty and Staff to work remotely with Microsoft Teams EDU

Planet partnered with St. John’s College to immediately implement an End User Communication and Adoption Strategy for Microsoft Teams. The goal of the adoption plan was to provide St. John’s College faculty and staff the needed resources to learn how to best utilize Microsoft Teams in an Education Setting. Because the transition to remote teaching was occurring quickly, it was important that materials would be available on-demand and in small digestible formats, allowing quick access to the training needed for the task at hand.
