There is now increased information in the alert email notification sent to the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) admin upon a DLP policy match. DLP admins will get additional context such as alert ID, policy details, and device details, in addition to user activity and type of sensitive information. The additional information will help admins quickly assess the priority of an alert and determine the next steps. The feature is available for GCC, GCC-High and DoD tenants.

Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365): Copilot in Excel chat helper

Customers can get more conversational answers to a broader range of Excel-related questions and prompts from Copilot. For example, the customer can ask how to accomplish a task and Copilot will respond with helpful steps that may include formulas to copy and use. In some cases, Copilot may explain a formula error and supply the corrected formula plus additional guidance to ensure the formula works properly.

Outlook: Time Suggestions Update

We are improving how suggested times are shown when scheduling a meeting. We are removing the automatically shown suggested times and instead you will need to enable a switch – Find a time – if you want to see suggested times. If you enable the toggle, the new availability view on time suggestion tiles will make it easier to find a suitable time with more clarity on everyone’s availability. Microsoft Stream: Suggested M365 content in Callouts

This feature is an improvement on the Interactivity feature in Microsoft Stream, where users with edit access can add document and other links to Callouts at specific times in a video. The goal of the improvement is to make creating and editing of interactive videos easier and quicker for editors by suggesting resources to link based on their M365 user activity. If there are no relevant suggestions, this allows them to search for resources to make their videos interactive from within Microsoft Stream.

Microsoft Stream: Interactivity analytics

This feature gives audience engagement metrics on interactive Stream videos. Users with edit access to a Stream video that contains links, polls, or callouts will be able to see the number of unique viewers and the percentage of those who viewed or clicked on interactive elements in the video, as well as average number of interactions and average attention time. These metrics help video owners understand which content is most engaging.

Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance, and organizational requirements.
