We will be hiding the ‘GroupID’ variable in the Groups activity section of the Active users Microsoft 365 Services and Active Users Microsoft 365 Apps reports. The reports can be accessed by going to the Microsoft 365 admin center and selecting Reports – Usage – ‘Active users – Microsoft 365 Services’ or ‘Active users – Microsoft 365 Apps’ – Groups activity. ‘Group ID’ is shown in Column R in the csv file when ‘export’ is selected.

The Search Page in Outlook Mobile is being enhanced with a new Feed that aims to help users stay on top of interesting things that are happening in M365. This feature provides a singular view for incident management across solutions by making the Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention incidents available in the unified incidents queue in the Microsoft Defender portal. In addition, customers can also leverage the M365 Defender connector in Microsoft Sentinel to import all DLP incidents into Sentinel to extend correlation, detection, and investigation across additional Microsoft and non-Microsoft data sources and extend automated orchestration flows using Sentinels native SOAR capabilities.

Outlook: FindTime add-in is moving to a native feature called Meeting Polls
The FindTime add-in will now be a native feature called Meeting Polls. Meeting Polls will be enabled by default for all Outlook users. People can use Meeting Polls to choose specific time slots and share those with people inside and outside their organization so they can schedule a time with them.

Microsoft 365 compliance center: Microsoft Purview | Information Protection – Automatically turn on auto-labeling policy
Admins can configure their auto-labeling policies to be automatically turned on if there aren’t any changes to the policy within a set number of days from simulation completion. This configuration option will be available in the auto-labeling policy setup in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal and via cmdlet.

Windows Virtual Desktop: Migration tool for non-ARM to ARM objects
Objects created with the Windows Virtual Desktop classic) GA release are non-ARM and cannot be managed by the Azure portal without explicit migration to the ARM model. Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Differentiated protection for Priority accounts
We are introducing differentiated protection for Priority accounts, which will provide users tagged as Priority accounts with a higher level of protection. As part of this release, we are introducing a Context filter within Threat Explorer and the Threat Protection Status report through which you can search for emails where Priority account protection is involved. In addition, the Threat Detection Details tab on the Email Entity page will be updated to show the threats, corresponding detection details, and whether these detections were identified as part of Priority account protection.
