Microsoft Purview Information Protection: Use double-key encryption to protect your most sensitive files and emails in Microsoft 365 Apps on Windows
To protect your most sensitive content, users of Microsoft 365 Apps can now use Double Key Encryption (DKE) for files and emails using the built-in labeling client. With DKE, Microsoft stores one key in Microsoft Azure and you hold the other key, ensuring that only you can ever decrypt protected content, under all circumstances. Sensitivity labels configured with DKE in Microsoft Purview Compliance Portal are now available for users in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to publish or consume content protected with DKE.

We are adding markers (which appear as icons above the video timeline) in Teams meeting recording timelines to indicate when you joined or left a meeting. The markers are personalized, so that only you will see your join and leave marker. The markers help you jump right to part of a meeting that you may have missed. Markers will only show up on recordings of Teams meeting that you were invited to and that you joined. Microsoft Stream: Audio tracks and descriptions for Stream on SharePoint
Video owners and editors will soon have the ability to upload multiple audio tracks in a single video when using Stream (on SharePoint). These audio tracks will act as alternates to the main audio track. This feature can be used to add multiple language audio tracks for multi-lingual organizations, or to add audio descriptive tracks or to add audio tracks for other purposes. Viewers of the video will be able to select which audio track they would like to hear by clicking the Audio Tracks button (headphones icon) in the video player.

We will be introducing a feature on the Profile Card as a Highlight that tells users when key collaborators have taken some action on key documents when looking at their profile card. Each collaboration network is a cluster of people, text strings and Microsoft 365 items (key item: documents). The actions that you can see the users in this Collab Network take on these key documents are modify, comment, reply, mention, multiple modifications and shared to you. These updates are only visible to other users within the same Collaboration Network i.e. your close collaborators.

SharePoint: Improvements for document library version history limits
We are increasing version history limits for SharePoint document libraries. Admins can set an appropriate level of recoverability and auditability for their organization. Today Site Owners can set count-based version limits at the individual document library level. With the upcoming changes, people will have two version history settings: 1) Automatic mode that intelligently adjusts based on a version’s age and restore probability, and 2) Manual mode that will allow admins to set version expiration and count limits on the versions created. And tenant admins will be able set version limits that apply universally to all newly created document libraries in their organization; site owners can then update settings for their document library(ies). Version history limits and management also apply to OneDrive.
