Use device buttons to control call (answer, end, hold) from Bluetooth audio devices without needing a USB dongle when connected to a Windows PC running Teams desktop client. For many headsets and speakerphones, this will work without requiring any user action to enable other than pairing the headset or speakerphone with the PC. Outlook: Delegate access control on protected emails
Outlook will provide consistent access control on protected emails for delegates and shared mailbox members. For delegates or shared mailbox members, when they have full access of the owner’s mailbox but are not allowed to read encrypted email, Outlook will have a new setting to block the owner’s protected email access which covers ad-hoc encrypted email as well as email with protected MIP sensitivity labels.

This release extends the availability of the new stencil for shapes in your document in Visio for the web (feature ID 68375) to GCC, GCC-High, DoD, and other sovereign clouds. The new Shapes in the Document stencil automatically saves the shapes you’ve added to your diagram, so you can quickly access them and use them again without having to search through multiple stencils. Microsoft 365 compliance center: Endpoint data loss prevention (DLP) for macOS
Currently available in public preview, Endpoint DLP for macOS extends the activity monitoring and protection capabilities of DLP to sensitive items that are on macOS devices. Once the Mac devices are onboarded into device management, the information about what users are doing with sensitive items is made visible in activity explorer and you can enforce protective actions on those items via DLP policies.

Microsoft Teams: Front row layout for Teams Rooms on Windows
Front row is a new layout for Microsoft Teams Rooms, designed to enhance hybrid meetings and provide in-room participants with greater context of what is happening across various aspects of the meeting. With front row, remote attendees are seen in the room at eye level and additional meeting experiences including chat, and a rostered view of participants with raised hands, are brought to the front of room screen. Users can select the front row layout from the layout chooser experience on the Teams Rooms console. It can also be set as the default layout or turned off altogether by device admins. Front row will be available for all Teams Rooms on Windows and across all display sizes.

The Teams Export API allows the export of Teams Messages (1:1 and group chat) along with attachments (file links and sticker), emojis, GIFs and user @Mentions. This API supports polling daily Teams messages and allows archiving of deleted messages up to 30 days.

OneDrive and SharePoint: Edit High Value Control (HVC) – High Efficiency Image Format (HEIC) File Support
Users can edit (Crop or rotate, adjust, filter and markup) the High Efficiency Image Format (HEIC) files through the Edit HVC. After editing the image, if the user wishes to save the changes, the file would be copied as a new jpg file.

Cortana will support additional languages on Teams devices that are set to different locale languages. The locale supported today are: en-us, en-ca, en-au, en-in, en-gb (US, Canada, Australia, India, Great Britain).

Microsoft 365 compliance center: Core and Advanced eDiscovery: New export experience
This item is delayed. Core eDiscovery export is being retooled to improve reliability and scalability. The experience will be simplified and does not rely on a click-once application. Automated download of exported content from Core eDiscovery will still not be supported. We are also introducing a similar experience in Advanced eDiscovery that will have the same options and can be automated through the Microsoft Graph APIs.
