Outlook: Delegate access control on protected emails

Outlook will provide consistent access control on protected emails for delegates and shared mailbox members. For delegates or shared mailbox members, when they have full access of the owner’s mailbox but are not allowed to read encrypted email, Outlook will have a new setting to block the owner’s protected email access which covers ad-hoc encrypted email as well as email with protected MIP sensitivity labels.

Visio: New stencil for shapes in your document in Visio for the web for GCC, GCC-High, and DoD [Visio Plan 2]

This release extends the availability of the new stencil for shapes in your document in Visio for the web (feature ID 68375) to GCC, GCC-High, DoD, and other sovereign clouds. Microsoft 365 compliance center: Endpoint data loss prevention (DLP) for macOS

Users can edit (Crop or rotate, adjust, filter and markup) the High Efficiency Image Format (HEIC) files through the Edit HVC. After editing the image, if the user wishes to save the changes, the file would be copied as a new jpg file.

Microsoft 365 compliance center: Core and Advanced eDiscovery: New export experience

This item is delayed. Core eDiscovery export is being retooled to improve reliability and scalability. The experience will be simplified and does not rely on a click-once application. Automated download of exported content from Core eDiscovery will still not be supported. We are also introducing a similar experience in Advanced eDiscovery that will have the same options and can be automated through the Microsoft Graph APIs.
