Copilot for Security in DLP can summarize DLP policies. This enhancement enables DLP admins to gain insights on coverage of policies viz. location, classifiers and notifications, and more. DLP admins can get these insights on all the policies or on few selected policies. They will be able to use prompts to gain deeper level view of how a policy is configured for their digital landscape. This helps them align their data posture on a regular basis and make corrections to policy posture as needed.

Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Insider Risk Management – Downgrade/remove sensitivity label
This feature is an enhancement to the existing IRM Office Indicator. In the current version, only sensitivity label changes on the SharePoint Web app are captured in IRM. With the latest update, this indicator captures the sensitivity label changes (downgrade/ remove) when performed on OneDrive, AIP, and Endpoint (SharePoint file opened in Office app, or any sensitivity label change on the local files on your device). Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management correlates various signals to identify potential malicious or inadvertent insider risks such as IP theft, data leakage and security violations. Insider Risk Management enables customers to create policies based on their own internal policies, governance and organizational requirements. Built with privacy by design, users are pseudonymized by default, and role-based access controls and audit logs are in place to help ensure user-level privacy.

Scheduling administrators and staff managing on-demand appointments can assign specific staff members and set appointment duration to handle on-demand services. This ensures that when an on-demand appointment is requested, there is a designated staff member assigned to the appointment and a defined duration for the appointment is set. The designated staff member also receives a notification to attend the on-demand appointment.

Microsoft Edge: Microsoft Edge for Business – Enable organizational branding
Enable your organization’s branding assets from Entra onto profile-related UI for profiles signed in with an Entra ID (formerly known as Azure Active Directory) account. You can add your organization’s details such as name to the profile pill, name and brand color to the profile flyout, and logo to overlay the Edge for Business taskbar icon. This branding can help users more easily differentiate between multiple profiles and browser windows. Default organizational branding can be enabled by admins through the following policies: OrganizationalBrandingOnWorkProfileUIEnabled and OrganizationLogoOverlayOnAppIconEnabled. Admins will need to have ‘company branding’ assets configured in the Microsoft Entra admin center for branding assets to be applied to this feature.

OneDrive: Offline mode
This feature will allow you to launch OneDrive in your browser and view, sort, rename, move, copy, and delete files even without internet access. Additionally, for locally stored OneDrive files (those that are marked as “always available offline”) you will be able to open and work on these in your browser even if you are offline. All of the changes you make offline will be automatically synced back when Internet connection is restored.

Also, Org Admins can now request licenses for all unlicensed users in their Goals Organizations, thus unblocking them from using Goals.
