Additional Power Automate triggers for Microsoft Teams
Streamline routine tasks in Microsoft Teams with two new Power Automate triggers. Trigger actions when a new teammate joins – whether that’s creating a welcome message or sharing onboarding materials. Users will also be able to create custom message actions with the “for a selected message” trigger. Users can build flows directly in Teams using these new triggers, even if they trigger actions outside of Teams.

Microsoft Teams – improved Teams meeting join launcher experience
Users who click on a Teams meeting join link will now see an optimize and improved join experience. Users will be prompted with an option to join on the web, download the Teams client, or join with the native teams client. This will result in faster & more confident meeting join.

Office 365: Office 365 Advanced Message Encryption for Government clouds
With Advanced Message Encryption in Office 365, you can control sensitive emails shared outside the organization with automatic policies. You configure these policies to identify sensitive information types such as PII, Financial, or Health IDs, or you can use keywords to enhance protection. Once configured, you can pair policies with custom branded email templates and then add an expiration date for extra control of emails that fit the policy. Also, admins can further control encrypted emails accessed externally through a secure web portal by revoking access to the mail at any time.

Yammer: Live event carousel on home feed in the new Yammer
Make your Yammer live events more discoverable and encourage participation with the new discovery carousel. Attendees can see relevant events right in their discovery feed and easily click to join the event. Users will see the live events in their discovery feed when using Yammer on the web and on their mobile phones. This functionality is enabled by default unless organizers turn off event promotion.

OneDrive: OneDrive Sync Help Pane on Mac
Users will be able to get Help and Troubleshooting content within Sync Client. To open OneDrive Help Pane the user will need to open the Activity Center, then through the “Help & Settings” menu option select “Get Help”. For OneDrive for business, tenant admins have control over enabling or disabling the option to contact Microsoft Support by setting the user preferences on their Mac machines.
