Exchange: Block sending to a Distribution Group when it’s on the Bcc line?
The high message traffic on some groups can lead to Inbox clutter and noise, especially when many members use Reply All to respond on the thread. To reduce the noise many people will create an Inbox Rule to move incoming group messages to a specific folder. Some well-intended senders will put the group on the Bcc line so recipients can’t Reply All to the whole group. But Inbox Rules doesn’t evaluate any recipient on the Bcc line, so doing so effectively breaks the rule so the message ends up in the Inbox, thus contributing to the inbox clutter the user was trying to avoid. When this feature ships we’ll enable the ability for group and distribution list owners and admins to block sending to a group if the group is put on the Bcc line. If a user puts such a group on the Bcc line and sends the message, it’ll be rejected with a non-delivery report (NDR) saying Bcc’ing this group isn’t allowed.

Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection: Preset security policies for EOP and Office 365 ATP Security
Although we empower security administrators to customize their security settings, we are introducing two recommended security levels in Exchange Online Protection and Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection: standard and strict. Each customer’s environment and needs are different, but we believe that these levels of mail filtering configurations will help prevent unwanted mail from reaching employee inboxes in most situations. We will be automatically updating profiles for our smaller customers who want us to manage these settings for them, but for others, we want to enable the admins to easily configure these for their users. Preset security policies will allow admins to take these settings and apply them to a defined set of users on one place. To get more information on the recommended settings, visit our documentation today!

The roll-out will be completed by Early May 2020 . Previously, Co-authors created by the feature Share-Share to Collaborate- “Users with an office 365 work or school account can view and edit” or “Only users in my organization can view and edit” were able to modify the permissions level of collaboration, eg changing it from “Only users in my organization” – “Users with an office 365 account”. This ability will now be removed from all existing co-authors as well as any newly created co-authors. Only Form owners will be able to change this setting.

Microsoft Teams – Manage discovery of private teams
Customer feedback has indicated that discoverability of Private Teams was not desirable. As a result this feature is cancelled: Teams is making it easy to discover and join private teams. Admins and team owners can control whether they want to allow private teams to be discovered by Teams users. When a private team is discoverable, it shows up in search results and is included in suggestions in the team gallery alongside public teams in Teams. This makes it easy for people to search for and find the private teams that they want to join. People can request to join a private team which a team owner can then approve or deny.

Tenant specific mailbox for sharing comms
This feature is cancelled. Today all tenants share a common no-reply@sharepointonline.com domain for various email communication scenarios. With this update , we will segregate tenant emails by domain removing the risk of emails being sorted into junk folders and segregating spam scores. Now, these emails will come from tenant-specific mailboxes like no-reply@contoso.onmicrosoft.com This will not impact emails that are sent on behalf of a user’s mailbox like file sharing, page promotion via email or comment @mentions. It will also not immediately impact legacy SharePoint alerts on document libraries or lists which will continue to use the sharepointonline.com domain for the foreseeable future. edge:// compat/sitelistmanager
